This shop use GestPay, Banca Sella system for Internet payments by credit card.

The informations you provide about the data of your credit card will be sent to Banca Sella through a secure server that uses 128-bit SSL3, the highest security standard for sending sensitive information via the Internet.

SSL is issued, certified and secured by Verisign.

The system works simultaneously on two levels of control:
128bit SSL3: protects your data by forwarding your browser to the server of Banca Sella making them unreadable to third parties.
Verisign: Secure Server ID with a certification that is actually communicating only with the server of Banca Sella.

Therefore, the informations on the credit card are processed exclusively by Banca Sella for the controls necessary to authorize the payment online.
Seller, therefore, will not have access to data on credit cards, but manage only the data (name, surname, address ...) necessary to ship the products at your home.

Ordering - What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Visa/MasterCard on our secure web server (Banca Sella) or you may pay via PayPal. Your credit card information is not stored on our web site. We do not accept phone orders or payments by mail.

Ordering - Who can purchase from FrancescaDaniStore?

Anyone. No license (P.IVA. VAT. Code TVA, CIF, etc) is required and there is no minimum purchase necessary. Just one!

We accept international orders! We ship worldwide.

Ordering - I need to modify or cancel my order...

Unfortunately we cannot modify, change, exchange or cancel your order once it's been placed since our ordering process is automated and we do not keep your credit card information on file.

We are entirely web based and do not have a paper catalog. To get detailed information about a particular item (such as height, weight, etc.), simply click on the item.

Products - Do you manufacture custom jewelry?

No, we currently do not offer custom designs.

Is your jewellery nickel free?

Most of our product is nickel free but some bijoux can contain small parts of nickel. Please before ordering be sure to read carefully the materials used to make every product: some people can be allergic at nickel!

We do not sell, communicate or otherwise share your personal information with anyone unless required to do so by law or as part of normal transactional procedures required to verify, confirm and ship your order.
We do not store your credit card information anywhere (negative side effect, you can't add/modify an order you've placed; positive side effect - your credit card can't be stolen out of our database - because it's not stored there!).
